We offer flat rate shipping for any size order via Ups, FedEx etc.. On & QC $14.95 USA $15.00, SK,MB,NS,PEI,NB, Newfoundland $19.50, AB, BC $21.50,
YK,NT & Nunavut $24.00 order more and save all prices are in Canadian Dollars
Due to the Canada post strike, shipping to p.o box's is not available. Shipments via courier may experience delays due to high demand.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pet Dental, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! That's why our return policy allows for a hassle-free exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate your refund/exchange process, simply contact us and let us know what isn't quite right. As long as it is in its original condition - along with proof of purchase - feel free to send back any items that don't suit you perfectly; just make sure to follow the instructions on how and where when doing so! Don’t forget: shipping costs are always customers' responsibility — but please reach out if there's anything else we can help answer regarding returns or exchanges before sending them off again :)
